At the forefront of producing both documentaries and entertainment shows, Shirley has massive experience in acquiring, co-developing, and localizing international TV formats for the Chinese market, plus developing initiatives and co-productions of documentaries with the international market. Her works includes: Puyi – The Last Emperor of China, Winner of Gold Plaque, History/Biography Category, Chicago Film Festivals Hugo Awards; Interview Before Execution, public screening film in 2012 IDFA & 2012 Rome Film Festival, and many factual entertainment series on Chinese prime-time satellite TV & major streaming platforms.

Vikram first joined Discovery in 1995, he has taken on various roles within the company from on-air promotions to programming and production. As a senior management team member for the region, together with his team, he executive produced over 1,200 documentaries, and around 100 hours of the shows are on air through Discovery global networks every year. Among those products, China: Time of Xi, The Very Edge of China, The Day I Ran China, Master Class, Tears of the Dragon, The Next Pandemic: Are We Ready Yet, How China Works, China by Numbers, Can Video Games Change the World, etc. have won high reputation both nationwide and worldwide. Vikram was nominated for the 2016 International Emmy Award, he is the winner of more than 18 Asia Television Awards and Asian Academy Creative Awards since 2003, and he was also awarded in Oscar, Promax, New York Festival, The Telly Awards, Omni Intermedia, etc. Vikram is an academic advisor forTsinghua University and an adjunct professor for Beijing Normal University.

Gugi is currently based in Jakarta and Berlin, where he is currently appointed as an Program Director for an award-winning organisation: In-Docs, the non-profit behind Docs by the Sea and Good Pitch Asia and VitaminDocs. Moreover, the Documentary of Association of Europe (DAE) has elected him to its Executive Board since 2022 and recently he joined Hot Docs as International Film Programmer.

His work includes mentoring/consulting on projects and impact campaign strategies. He has also often delivered talks about equitable international co-production practices with focus on Asia.As part of his diverse experience, he has been involved as a selection committee for reputable film funds such as: International Documentary Association (IDA), Chicken & Eggs Pictures, SGIFF Fund, Purin Pictures and as jury member for international film festivals such as: CPH:DOX, DOK Leipzig, Cannes Docs, IDFA Forum, Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM), Points North Institute, Dokufest, Ji.hlava IDFF etc.

Alex is a co-director of Doc Edge, NZ’s national documentary organisation and Oscar qualifying film festival. Doc Edge also delivers industry programmes including Doc Edge Forum & Pitch, XR Exhibition and other upskilling/networking activities. He is responsible for the business  and strategic development, international relations, curation and artistic direction of the festival, exhibition and the industry market place. Alex is also a film producer and film consultant/strategist. He also speaks at many international market places and also has been a jury at leading documentary competitions and awards.

As Conference Director of the World Congress of Science & Factual Producers , Paul has more than three decades of broadcasting, programming, and production experience.  Prior to Congress, he was President and General Manager of Discovery Networks in Canada where he was responsible for day-to-day operations for all its channels, business and strategic planning and running a production and distribution division.  He created the world’s first daily science magazine show, launched new networks, created multi-platform content initiatives, live programs, and award-winning documentary series that have been distributed around the world. He also created strategic partnerships with international networks such as NHK and CCTV. Paul is a judge, speaker and panelist at international markets and documentary festivals and is the consultant-in-chief for the Guangzhou International Documentary Festival. He also executive produces various science documentaries including most recently The Science of Success, a Canadian-Australian co-production, and The Teenager and the Lost Maya City for the CBC, Canada's public broadcaster.

 Cecilia graduated from University of London with degrees in film directing and producing,she has been working in the film and television industry for more than a decade. Before joining National Geographic, Cecilia has worked on a series of acclaimed films, TV series and documentary programs as director/producer/TV presenter for CCTV-6, Ruyi Films and Fox Networks Group. As production producer of National Geographic, Cecilia has produced numerous documentaries including Return to Zai Tun,Lost Beats: Dunhuang, Green Heroes: Challenging the desert, Extreme China, The Grand Canal-China and its wondrous waterway, Gaokao 2020: China's Great Exam, The Forever Walk: China and True Kung-Fu: A Path to Mastery  etc.
